About Military Hospital Secunderabad

Established in the aftermath of World War II, Military Hospital Secunderabad has evolved into one of Southern Command's largest and most comprehensive medical facilities. Spread across 45 acres in the heart of Secunderabad Cantonment, we serve as a referral center for armed forces across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.

Our hospital operates under the Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), maintaining the highest standards of military medical protocols while integrating cutting-edge civilian healthcare advancements. We are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) and adhere to international patient safety standards.

Beyond clinical care, we are a teaching hospital affiliated with the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, training medical officers, nurses, and paramedical staff in advanced military medicine, trauma surgery, and disaster management.
